With its clean lines and open structure, this Suki solid teak bookcase offers six shelves for storage and display. The raw teak reveals its grain and warm tones, while the clean lines of the uprights maintain a light presence. Designed as a vertical storage unit, it organizes your books and objects without cluttering the space.
Crafted from solid teak, a dense wood renowned for its strength , each piece is handcrafted by our artisans. The meticulous joinery ensures exceptional stability across the six shelves, capable of supporting a fully stocked bookcase.
Whether in a living room, office, or entryway, this teak bookcase fits perfectly into a minimalist Japanese-inspired setting, a bohemian chic style, or a contemporary interior. Fill it with books, plants, and decorative objects to create a warm and soothing reading nook, ideal for unwinding.
To complete this reading corner, pair it with a solid wood armchair and soft lighting: a duo that invites you to settle in with a book in hand, in a natural and cozy atmosphere.
The Uniqka Indoor collection focuses on the quality of "Indonesian teak".
Our entire range of teak furniture is FSC-certified, the result of legal logging and sustainable management, and SVLK-certified, an Indonesian standard for controlling the legality of the timber industry aimed at combating smuggling and deforestation.
Our teak wood is resistant to moisture, water, fungi, mould, insects and various chemicals. Thanks to its high resistance, it is very easy to clean.
Simply use a soft cloth dampened with Marseille soap. Wipe along the grain and dry with a dry cloth.
Our indoor teak doesn't need any special care compared to garden furniture, which can turn grey.
However, if you wish to nourish it, we recommend that you do so once a year using a cloth and linseed wax (for living room furniture) or teak wax (for bathroom furniture). Apply in the direction of the grain of the wood.
However, in the event of an incident (coffee, wine, etc.), you should intervene quickly with a damp cloth.
However, although resistant, teak furniture that is too exposed to damp will fade if it is not properly cared for.
