With its sculptural form and clean design, the Moku stool is a striking piece that combines geometry and raw materials. Crafted from four carefully assembled blocks of solid teak , it showcases the rich nuances, knots, and grain of the wood, resulting in a look that is both graphic and authentic.
Its compact size (W 35 x D 35 x H 40 cm) makes it a versatile occasional piece of furniture : a stool, end table, bedside table, or pedestal for a plant or decorative object. Thanks to the natural properties of teak, it can be used both indoors and in sheltered outdoor areas without being affected by humidity.
Its angular silhouette, both raw and contemporary, adapts easily to different interior design styles: wabi-sabi, minimalist, bohemian, or natural design . The Moku stool stands out thanks to its discreet assembly , which reinforces its handcrafted character without compromising its sturdiness.
The Uniqka Indoor collection focuses on the quality of "Indonesian teak".
Our entire range of teak furniture is FSC-certified, the result of legal logging and sustainable management, and SVLK-certified, an Indonesian standard for controlling the legality of the timber industry aimed at combating smuggling and deforestation.
Our teak wood is resistant to moisture, water, fungi, mould, insects and various chemicals. Thanks to its high resistance, it is very easy to clean.
Simply use a soft cloth dampened with Marseille soap. Wipe along the grain and dry with a dry cloth.
Our indoor teak doesn't need any special care compared to garden furniture, which can turn grey.
However, if you wish to nourish it, we recommend that you do so once a year using a cloth and linseed wax (for living room furniture) or teak wax (for bathroom furniture). Apply in the direction of the grain of the wood.
However, in the event of an incident (coffee, wine, etc.), you should intervene quickly with a damp cloth.
However, although resistant, teak furniture that is too exposed to damp will fade if it is not properly cared for.
